Locations We got our start as a collections agency in Bloomington, Ill., in 1936, and continue to have our headquarters office there today. In 1985 we began opening satellite offices around the country that report to this central hub. Today we have four facilities in Bloomington, as well as centers in Illinois, Kentucky, Alabama, Arizona and Texas, providing contact center solutions and receivables management services. Our St. Charles, Mo., office provides specialized claims management solutions to the insurance industry. |
