Afni has been selected by the nation’s leading communications company to provide a live web chat service to its wireless customers.

The web chat program was originally launched in 2005 on a 90-day trial basis. Following the success of the trial session, the carrier made the decision to roll out the program to serve all of their client areas. The purpose of the web chat is for website users who are having problems shopping or purchasing items to consult with a trained knowledgeable representative at the time of the problem.

Afni was selected to be the provider for this service based on the high levels of satisfaction and positive relationship that has been established through previous work with the carrier.

"Afni has continually strived to advance the products and services that are offered to our clients, whether through innovation, technology, or specific program initiatives," commented Pete Vegors, Director of Account Management. "Strategically our goal has been to diversify the portfolio of services we provide our clients today while enhancing their Afni experience through technology and superior performance."
